SBI Life Insurance Company informs about allotment of equity shares

SBI Life Insurance Company has informed that the Board Stakeholders Relationship Committee vide its resolution passed on August 19, 2021 has allotted 46,738 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each towards the exercise of vested stock options by certain employees under 'SBI Life Employees Stock Options Schemes 2018' of the Company.  Post the allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company is Rs 10,00,19,21,830 consisting of 100,01,92,183 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
