Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Persistent Systems has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench passed an Order dated August 10, 2021, duly received on August 16, 2021, confirming dissolution of Klisma E-Services ('Klisma'), an Associate Company of Persistent Systems, having its Registered Office at 'Bhageerath', 402 Senapati Bapat Road, Pune 411 016, with effect from the date of the said order. The Company had filed petition for liquidation of Klisma as a Financial Creditor. Accordingly, the intimation to the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra has been given through form INC-28 dated August 18, 2021 for giving effect to the above order. Additionally, after the above Form INC-28 is approved, necessary intimation will be given to all the Government Authorities with which Klisma was registered. It may also be noted that the said dissolution of Klisma will not affect any business and will not have any significant impact on the operations of the Company.
