Adani Enterprises’ step-down subsidiary -- Ordefence Systems has incorporated a company namely ‘PL.R Systems (India)’ on August 21, 2021. PLR Systems (India) is incorporated with the object to undertake the manufacture of defence and security equipment for supporting the Indian Armed Forces.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
