Control Print has entered into an agreement dated August 25, 2021 with Innovative Codes (I) (ICPL) and their shareholders in relation to acquisition of majority stake (80%) in the capital of said ICPL i.e. making Investment in the form of Purchase / Subscription of 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each (which consist of 80% of the Paid up share capital) of said ICPL and thereby the said company attaining status of subsidiary of the Control Print.

Control Print is a pioneer in the manufacturing of coding and marking solutions in India. Product range of the company includes Continuous Ink Jet Printer, Large Character Printer, Hot Roll Coder, Thermal Transfer Overprinter, Laser and Consumables.
