Wipro allots equity shares under Restricted Stock Unit Plan
Date: 21-09-2011Wipro has informed that the administrative committee of company's board of directors vide circular dated September 20, 2011 resolved to issue and allot 135,641 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
