Eicher Motors has reported results for third quarter ended September 30, 2012.

The company has reported 80.76% rise in its net profit at Rs 32.97 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 18.24 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 53.05% at Rs 279.97 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 182.93 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 10.48% fall in its net profit at Rs 66.01 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 73.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has increased by 2.71% at Rs 1507.71 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1467.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
