Newgen Software Technologies has informed that based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 1st September 2021, approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP (LLPIN (Registration Number): AAI-8885) as Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022, in accordance with the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereto. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-I.
