Vaswani Industries lists on the BSE

The equity shares of Vaswani Industries (Scrip Code: 533576), in compliance with the order of Honorable Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) dated August 25, 2011, shall be listed on the Exchange with effect from September 20, 2011. It is further notified that the aforesaid equity shares shall be admitted to dealings on the Exchange upon the company completing the formalities for issuance of bonus shares in compliance with the aforesaid SAT order, by the company. Accordingly, the Exchange will issue a separate trading notice before its commencement.
