Nestle India Ltd.

Nestle India has reported results for third quarter ended September 30, 2012.

The company has reported 2.35% rise in its net profit at Rs 267.31 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 261.18 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 7.98% at Rs 2132.89 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1975.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

Nestle has its presence in India for around nine decades, making it one of the oldest company in India. Nestle has created brands like Nestle Milkmaid, Nestle Everyday, Maggi Noodles, Maggi Soups, Polo, Kit Kat, Nescafe and many more.
