Global Boards shifts its registered office

Global Boards has informed that the company has shifted its registered office from Plot No. K-5, Additional M.I.D.C. Industrial Area, Mahad - 402302 to C/O Indian Copper Industries, Plot No. C-86, MIDC, Industrial Area, Mahad - 402309 with effect from August 31, 2011. And also the name of the company has changed from Global Boards to Metroglobal. And Nitin Shah has been appointed as company secretary of the company with effect from August 31, 2011.
