Axis Bank has unveiled a charter of policies and practices that are favorable for its customers and employees from the LGBTQIA community, as part of efforts to encourage 'diversity, equity and inclusion' in its work environment. Its policies will ensure account holders from the LGBTQIA plus community people can nominate their partners in their bank accounts.
