Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, UPL has informed that the share certificate(s), as per details given in attachment, is/ are reported to have been lost/ misplaced and request from shareholder is received by the Company through its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India, for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. The Company is in the process of issuing duplicate share certificate after compliance of required formalities.
