Date: 20-09-2021Godawari Power and Ispat has informed that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Godawari Power and Ispat is scheduled to be held on 14th October, 2021 at 11:30 AM through VC/OAVM. The Company is pleased to provide the remote e-voting facility to its shareholders to exercise their vote by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services and VC/OAVM facility provided by NSDL vide EVEN- 118422. The remote e-voting period shall commence on 11th October, 2021 (09:00 AM) and ends on 13th October, 2021 (05:00 PM). During this period shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on the cut- off date of 6th October, 2021 may cast their vote electronically and also at the time of EGM of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, it attached the Notice of EGM scheduled to be held on 14th October, 2021.
