VMF Softech has informed that the company pursuant to the scheme of arrangement and amalgamation, as approved by the honorable high court of Andhra Pradesh, effective October 18, 2012, changed the name of the company from VMF SOFT TECH LTD to KELLTON TECH SOLUTIONS LTD. The registrar of companies, Andhra Pradesh, has approved the same with effect from November 12, 2012.
