Aurionpro Solutions has informed about the summary of the proceedings of 24th AnnuaI  GeneraI Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Friday, 24th September,2021, through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) at 10.30 AM. In the wake of continuing restrictions on the movement of persons in the country, due to outbreak of Covid-19, The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') has, vide their circulars, allowed companies to hold the Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio VisuaI Means('OAVM') during the year without the physical presence of members at the common venue. The AGM was held in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
