Expleo Solutions has informed that the Company is opening a Branch Office / Unit in Coimbatore-Special Economic Zone on October 06, 2021. The commercial operation in the new unit is expected to commence during this month. As required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the exact date of commencement of operation will be intimated within the time line as defined by SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 24 hours.
