Pursuant to the regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) TSR Darashaw Consultants on October 4, 2021, Tata Motors has informed that the Company has received a letter from the shareholder(s) Karamshi Patel (Folio No: E2K5126721) regarding loss of share certificate(s) with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. The exchanges informed all Broker Members and Investors not to deal in the aforesaid share certificate in any manner. Further, any person who has a claim in respect of the said securities should lodge such claim with the Company at the Registered Office, within 15 days from this date.
