Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015, Bajaj Auto has informed that Soumen Ray has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company to explore other opportunities. The same has been accepted by the company. His last date in the company will be 20 December 2021. The company is in the process of identifying and appointing a suitable person for the said position. The company shall inform the stock exchanges once the position is filled up.
