Titan Company has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2021, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021. The unaudited results shall be published immediately after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. As intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide letter number SEC 62/ 2021-22 dated 21st September 2021, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its 'Designated Persons' is closed from 23rd September 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors.
