Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Grasim Industries has informed that the Company has executed a Supplemental Share Subscription Agreement with Renew Green Energy Solutions (Renew) & Renew Surya Uday and Power Purchase Agreement with Renew Surya Uday (Power Producer). This is further to the intimation dated 7th August 2021 for Execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is also attached as Annexure '1' to this letter.
