Birlasoft has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2021. Further, as intimated vide letter dated September 29, 2021, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company, has been closed from Friday, October 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2021.
