Datamatics Global Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. As informed vide its communication dated September 29, 2021 regarding intimation of closure of trading window, it also informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Friday, October 01, 2021 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
