Tata Global Beverages has informed that Ratan N. Tata has stepped down as chairman of Tata Global Beverages Limited effective November 20, 2012 and Cyrus P. Mistry has been appointed chairman. However, Tata will continue as director on the board of Tata Global Beverages Ltd till his retirement in December, 2012.
