ITC allots ordinary shares under ESOS
Date: 21-11-2012ITC has informed that the company on November 19, 2012 issued and allotted 41,91,320 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each, upon exercise of 4,19,132 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Consequently, with effect from November 19, 2012, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 787,10,68,780 divided into 787,10,68,780 ordinary shares of Rs.1 each.
