Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) construction arm -- L&T construction has bagged contract for its Buildings a Factories business from Central Public Works Department (CPWD) to construct Common Central Secretariat Integrated Buildings 1, 2 and 3 in Plot 137, New Delhi with a built-up area of around 48.11 lakh Sq.ft. including its Operation & Maintenance. The project is scheduled to be completed in 24 months.

According to the Central Public Works Department's bid documents, Larsen & Toubro had quoted around Rs 3,141 crore, which was 3.47 per cent less than the estimated cost.
