Tata Consumer Products is planning to transfer its tea cafe business 'Tata Cha' to group firm Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), which operates Taj group of hotels. Tata Cha would be of Qmin brand of IHCL. This will enable the company to better focus on its core FMCG business.
