Nelco has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from January 08, 2013 to January 10, 2013 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 70th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on January 22, 2013.

Further, if the dividend as recommended by the board of directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend will be made on or after January 24, 2013.
