AGC Networks has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 14, 2021 have allotted 4,678 Equity shares of Rs10 each to one of the ESOP holders pursuant to AGC Networks Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015. Consequently, as on November 14, 2021, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 32,81,28,540 divided into 3,28,12,854 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Shares Based Employees Benefit) Regulations 2014, the company attached the statement under Regulation 10(c) of the said Regulations.
