Maruti Suzuki India has informed that after hearing the Company in the appeal filed by the Company against the final order of the Competition Commission of India dated 23 August 2021, the NCLAT, vide its order dated Nov 22, 2021, has granted an interim stay on the said order, subject to payment of 10% of the penalty amount. The NCLAT has further directed the case to be listed for admission on 15th December, 2021.
