Date: 24-11-2021Gillette India has informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today, November 23, 2021 at 11.00 am through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. In this respect, the Company enclosed a summary of proceedings of the 37th Annual General Meeting. Further, it enclosed copy of presentations on business review and overview on Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the Company presented at the 37th Annual General Meeting held on November 23, 2021.
