Onward Technologies has received approval from Board of Directors for acquisition of 100% equity shares and preference shares of NV Pune Technology Park and authorizing directors and other officials of the Company for execution and signing of Share Purchase agreement and other transaction documents in this regard. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 24, 2021 has approved the same.
