Apollo Pipes has informed that pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and based on the report of the Scrutinizer - Jatin Gupta, Jatin Gupta & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary dated November 27, 2021, that the members of the Company have accorded their approval with requisite majority through Postal Ballot mechanism/remote e-voting for the Resolutions mentioned in the said Notice of Postal Ballot. The Postal Ballot was conducted in accordance with Section 11O of Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder. In this regard, the Company also enclosed the following: Voting results of business transacted by Postal Ballot, as required under Regulation 44 of LODR and the report of the Scrutinizer pursuant to Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013.
