Reliance Industries’ arm acquires 100% stake in REC Group

Reliance Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Reliance New Energy Solar (RNESL) has completed acquisition of 100% stake in REC Solar Holdings AS (REC Group) on December 01, 2021 from China National Bluestar (Group).

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
