Svaraj Trading & Agencies gets nod to merge Kamala Udyoga with itself

Svaraj Trading & Agencies has received an approval for the proposed scheme of merger / amalgamation of the company with Kamala Udyoga, its wholly owned subsidiary company. The board at its meeting held on September 19, 2011 has approved the same. Further, this approval is subject to necessary approvals as may be deemed necessary in this respect.

Svaraj Trading and Agencies is engaged in trading of securities and stocks.
