Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been voted number one in customer satisfaction in Switzerland, in an independent survey of CxOs of top IT spending organizations.

This is the ninth consecutive year that TCS has taken the top spot with an overall satisfaction score of 81%, compared to the industry average of 74%, reflecting TCS’ strong performance across multiple dimensions.

TCS is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys for over 50 years.
