Talwalkars Better Value Fitness has informed that the members in the Annual General Meeting held on August 12, 2011, that M. K. Dandeker & Co., chartered accountants, mumbai are appointed as statutory auditors of the company, in place of Saraf Gurkar & Associates, chartered accountants & statutory auditors for the financial year 2010-11 of the company, who have expressed their inability for re-appointment for the financial year 2011-12 as statutory auditors.
