Pasari Spinning Mills may close Mysore production unit

Pasari Spinning Mills may close the production unit of the company located at KIADB Industrial Area, Nanjangud, Mysore District. The board at its meeting to be held on September 29, 2011 will consider, discuss and transact the business.

Further, the company is also looking to discuss various options including, bringing in a strategic investor/partner to invest in the company or of selling / leasing / disposing of the assets of the company by sale or otherwise.

Pasari Spinning Mills is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of cotton yarn and trading in silk fabric.
