Adani Ports divests entire stake in MPSEZ Utilities

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has signed Share Purchase agreement (SPA) with Adani Transmission (ATL) on December 15, 2021 for divestment of 100% equity stake of MPSEZ Utilities (MUL). Consideration received from such sale/disposal of Rs 116.27 crore based on independent valuers’ report.
