Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Carborundum Universal has informed that the shareholder has reported loss of share certificate and requested for issue of duplicate share certificate. Pursuant to the request received from the shareholder, the Company is in the process of issuing duplicate share certificate in place of the share certificate reported lost. The particulars relating to loss of share certificate are attached.
