Axis Bank gains on inking MoU with Maharashtra Forest Department

Axis Bank is currently trading at Rs. 679.30, up by 9.90 points or 1.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 669.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 676.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 684.40 and Rs. 672.65 respectively. So far 278389 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 866.60 on 25-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 584.00 on 23-Dec-2020.

Axis Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra Forest Department, offering ‘Axis Republic’, a salary account specially designed to provide banking services to the protectors of nature. This special salary account will offer numerous benefits to the forest department personnel, which will help them meet their financial needs and aspirations.
