Tata Consumer Products has informed about closure of Trading Window for declaration of financial results for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2021. As per Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Securities will be closed from Saturday, December 25, 2021. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for
declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course. The same will be informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
