Adani Enterprises has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Adani Data Networks’ (ADNL) on December 22, 2021. ADNL is incorporated with the objective of for providing robust and reliable domestic and international network connectivity services and bespoke solutions by investing in ground-up development and targeted acquisition of optical fiber infrastructure, deploy optical transmission networks spanning selected intra-city and inter-city routes and develop/co-develop submarine cable systems from east and west coast of India. ADNL is yet to commence its business operations.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
