Happiest Minds Technologies has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from January 1, 2022 till the closure of trading hours on Jan 30, 2022 for the purpose of declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ending as on Dec 31, 2021.
