Adani Enterprises has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Unnao Prayagraj Road’ (UPRPL), on December 28, 2021, with an initial Authorized & Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 1 lakh each, to, interalia , carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project - ‘Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield 'Ganga Expressway' [Group-IV, from Km. 445+000 (Village: Sarso, Distt: Unnao) to Km. 601+847, (Village: Judapur Dando, Distt: Prayagraj), Design length=156.847 Km] in the State of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. UPRPL will commence its business operations in due course.
