Adani Enterprises has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely, ‘Budaun Hardoi Road’ (BHRPL), on December 27, 2021, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 1,00,000 each, to, interalia, carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project-‘Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield 'Ganga Expressway' [Group-II, from Km. 137+600 (Village: Nagla Barah, Distt: Budaun) to Km. 289+300, (Village: Ubariya Khurd, Distt: Hardoi), Design length=151.700 Km] in the State of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. BHRPL will commence its business operations in due course.
