Mastek informs about trading window closure
Date: 29-12-2021Mastek has informed that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in compliance with the Company’s ‘Code for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives’ the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, December 31, 2021 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be communicated in due course of time.
