Date: 29-12-2021Nestle India has informed that the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31st December 2021 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting scheduled on 17th February 2022. In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2022 to 19th February 2022.
