Power Finance Corporation has informed that in terms of Company's ‘Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading in Securities of Power Finance Corporation’ ('Code'), the trading window for trading in Equity Shares and Listed Debt Securities of Power Finance Corporation Limited shall remain closed from January 1, 2022 till expiry of forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Therefore, all designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to enter/deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of PFC's Equity Shares/ Securities during the above-said period.
