Tata Consumer Products has informed that pursuant to authority granted by the Shareholders through Postal Ballot on December 28, 2021, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board has approved on January 4, 2022, the grant of 65,780 Performance Share Units ('PSUs') to the eligible employees in terms of the Tata Consumer Products - Share-based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2021 ('TCPL SLTI Scheme 2021') under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. The details of the aforesaid grant are provided in Annexure A.
