Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries has reportedly raised $4 billion in a three-tranche US dollar bond issuance. The company raised $750 million in a 40-year deal, $1.75 billion in a 30-year and $1.5 billion in a 10-year tranche. Part of the cash will be used to refinance $1.5 billion worth of debt due to mature in February.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
